With summertime approaching, a friend and I decided that St. Paul was in need of a popsicle company. We set out to develop ice pop recipes that used locally grown produce, organic sugar, and are allergen free (they are free of dairy, soy, & nuts.) Our flavor combinations are sometimes enticing, others are classic, but all are delicious. I built the website with the help of Square Space. It's meant to be simple, just like our pops.
I still freelance as a producer, but found there was no better way to connect with a client's business than to own one myself.
